Stephen Sohmer

Stephen Sohmer is a graduate from what is now Binghamton University. At Binghamton, he earned a dual B.A., with honors, in History and Philosophy. At the University of Michigan Law School, Mr. Sohmer earned a juris doctor degree cum laude.   He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Stephen Sohmer is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, as well as the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York. Mr. Sohmer represents individual clients in consumer protection litigation, lemon law claims, warranty litigation, complex and class action litigation, municipal court and real estate matters.  He represents commercial clients in class action defense and contract litigation.

Amir Stark

Amir Stark is a graduate of the University of Utah where he earned a B.A., with honors, in Philosophy and Middle Eastern Studies.  He later went on to earn his juris doctor degree from the Widener University School of Law   

Amir Stark is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the Federal District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.  Mr. Stark represents individual clients in consumer protection litigation, lemon law claims, warranty litigation, complex and class action litigation, criminal defense and personal civil litigation.  Additionally, Mr. Stark represents commercial clients in class action defense, contract litigation and zoning matters.  Mr. Stark serves as outside counsel for several businesses in the Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey areas as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the IAHD--Americas, a non-profit organization.
